At the 2023 Food Fair held on December 21, 2023, teachers and students from the entire school had the opportunity to experience unique food stalls from the high school sections of KGS Hanoi.

This event provided students with a platform to showcase their business acumen and demonstrate their creativity in creating dishes from various countries. The judging panel of teachers and administrators were impressed by the sophistication in food preparation, the uniqueness in presentation, and the confidence displayed by the students when presenting their stalls.

With the aim of maximizing the practical environment for students, the competition offered them the chance to apply their business knowledge through their own food stalls. From conceptualization to ingredient preparation and dish completion, students demonstrated proactiveness and teamwork. These are the soft skills that the school aims to instill in future global citizens.
