The two units have just signed a comprehensive cooperation memorandum to develop an international multi-level education system in Vinhomes’ major urban areas.
According to the cooperation agreement, the Korean Global School – KGS will develop two international multi-level education facilities. These are Vinhomes Ocean Park (Hanoi) scheduled to open in August 2024 and Vinhomes Grand Park (Ho Chi Minh City) scheduled to open in August 2025.
In particular, the KGS Vinhomes Ocean Park 1 international multi-level school is built on a plot of land covering over one hectare, located on Dai Duong Street. It is considered an international education hub as it is near Brighton College, VinUni University in operation, and Dewey School under construction.
At Vinhomes Grand Park, the school is built on an area of over 1.7 hectares. The school is close to the Vinschool multi-level school system in operation, the ongoing development of Brighton College, and dozens of other public and international universities within the vicinity.

Ms. Nguyen Thu Hang, General Director of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company, stated that the unit expects the collaboration with Korean partner KGS to provide residents of Vinhomes Ocean Park 1 and Vinhomes Grand Park with additional options for high-quality education. At the same time, this contributes to creating a high-class international education environment for Vinhomes’ major urban areas.
“This collaboration also helps attract residents, experts, and global citizens to choose these two places as ideal living spaces, including Korean experts and families,” she said.
Establishing large-scale international education systems within residential areas reflects Vinhomes’ vision and strategy in developing fully-equipped complex urban areas, especially in education. The young generations of Vietnamese and international residents living here also have more opportunities to exchange cultures, knowledge, and eventually become global citizens in the future.
Ms. Kim Ji Eun JI, representing KGS, shared that Vinhomes’ major urban areas with full, modern amenities and green environment attract a diverse international community, including Korean citizens living in Vietnam. This is also a potential area that KGS aims to target. The infrastructure, amenities, green environment, and sophisticated lifestyle available in these major urban areas are among the criteria that the school considers when selecting educational facilities.

KGS is a Korean international multi-level school that provides education from preschool to high school, established in August 2020 and licensed by the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training – requiring all necessary documents issued by the Ministry. The KGS school system currently has 3 campuses in Vietnam, including one school in Hanoi and two schools in Ho Chi Minh City, teaching in 3 languages: English, Korean, and Vietnamese.
The schools are implementing both the Cambridge international education program and the Korean international program simultaneously. With a philosophy centered on students, the educational program creates an environment to ignite students’ passion for exploration through real-life experiences, helping students unleash their potential to create a successful and happy generation that knows how to care and share.
