???? JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee all academic, operational, and developmental activities of the school in alignment with international education standards.
  • Implement and supervise the Cambridge Curriculum, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning in accordance with international standards and Vietnamese Ministry of Education regulations.
  • Build a modern, student-centered learning environment that encourages creativity, leadership, and global citizenship skills.
  • Lead, train, and develop Korean, Vietnamese, and international teaching staff.
  • Strengthen collaboration between the school, parents, and the wider community to enhance students’ educational experiences.
  • Develop strategic school growth plans, quality assurance systems, and sustainable educational branding.
  • Promote a professional, positive, and internationally minded school culture.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in international or bilingual schools.
  • Strong understanding of the Cambridge International Curriculum and modern educational methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, management, planning, and team development skills.
  • Fluent English proficiency in academic and professional environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, innovation, and commitment to sustainable educational development.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from native English-speaking countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or European countries with international English-speaking educational environments.
